Refund Policy

At Sajya Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with this policy.

Unused, unwashed, and unworn apparel in original condition with all tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Custom-tailored items, made-to-measure bridal couture, and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@sajyafashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For service and event bookings, cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the specific service tier.
